Flat coating

The materials to be assembled (laminates and adhesives) are maintained between two rotating belts. They are heated, cylinder pressed, and then cooled. Depending on the rigidity of the final materials, this is rolled or cut into different dimensions.

Possibility of obtaining multi-layer products in one machine passage only
Belt with no joins

Maximum width : 2200 mm
Possibility of multiple assemblies : film, netting, powder, PUR hot melt glue ...
Opening between cylinders : from 0 to 150 mm
