Although we have spent the past five decades honing the tools of our trade, we haven't stood still. We're continually looking at new technological developments. New standards of quality. New generations of foam. These unique developments are possible at Carpenter Co. because we are the only foam manufacturer that controls our quality and technological development by producing our own urethane chemicals. We can also create composite cushions with the marriage of computer controlled cardline polyester fiber with that of proven Carpenter Co. cushion foam types.

Some of these changes are visible. Others may not be so obvious- such as tighter manufacturing tolerances or reducing the variability of ILD within layers of foam. Of course, your customers may never notice the difference between cushions. And that's exactly the point.
