As one of the world's largest processors of polyester fiber staple, we have furthered our commitment to customers by expanding both our polyester fiber processing capabilities and technical personnel. We have 9 strategically located, state of the art carded fiber lines, along with three airlay lines to assist with all of your polyester fiber requirements. These computer controlled lines produce thermally bonded polyester fiber batting of unequaled quality and consistency in our industry.
Carpenter Co. offers a wide variety of Richfibe® polyester fiber products, many with special customer-specified physical characteristics. Most of these products are processed across the United States and in the United Kingdom, while others are manufactured in strategic locations to better serve local markets.
Our M.H. Reinhart Technical Center provides quality and design support for all of our polyester fiber processing facilities. Improved equipment, innovative ideas and knowledgeable personnel - that's what we're all about!
