Rely^® Flat Proofing Polymer Recycling or Chunking

It has come to our attention that some have resorted to recycling or "chunking" tires. Carpenter Co. does not condone or recommend this dangerous practice. In addition to creating a risk of serious personal injury and or property damage, recycling/chunking voids our warranty on any Rely^® Flat Proofing Polymer products. Here are a few reasons why:

1. 1. Introduction of contaminates and foreign objects
2. 2. Lack or bonding between chunk and liquid
3. 3. Different durometers of products leads to early tire failure

Please beware at all times:

• Your employees must be properly trained in the use of our Rely^® Flat Proofing Polymer products
• You must process the tire in a safety cage to assist in preventing projectiles if the tire explosively decompressed
• Recycling/chunking voids the warranty on any of our Rely^® Flat Proofing Polymer products
